Everything runs on the device: video and audio are re-encoded with WebCodecs, photos inside PDFs are recompressed in place, and one budget is split across the set. A strict Content Security Policy blocks any request off the site, so no file is uploaded. Installs to the home screen and works offline. Designed, built and shipped by the studio.
